About Dee

After 25 years in HR across industries including staffing, retail, logistics, and manufacturing, I’ve learned one lasting truth: people are the heartbeat of every business.

Over the course of my career, I’ve experienced both strong, healthy workplace cultures and those where culture went unexamined and problems quietly compounded. I’ve seen how leadership decisions—or the lack of them—can shape not just results, but people’s daily lives.

 

What stayed with me most is this: we all need to make a

living, and it doesn’t have to be a miserable experience.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals who had the potential to succeed but needed clarity, support, and someone who genuinely believed in them. Their success wasn’t about being “fixed.” It came from being trusted, challenged, and given the tools to grow. Watching people step into their capabilities reinforced something I deeply believe—good leadership and intentional culture changes outcomes.

In large organizations, HR resources are abundant. In small businesses that support is often limited or out of reach. Yet those businesses still need—and deserve—sound guidance to grow their teams, navigate challenges, and build cultures that last. That’s where I come in.
